We introduced our Military Skills Translator in May, 2008. Version 1 worked well, but it took some great feedback from our vets to learn we needed to make some tweaks... for example, some people have served in more than 1 branch of the military, so you need to be able to add in military experience from all branches. That update rolled out this summer. Done!
But, we continually tweak adding in new skills, new MOS's/AFSC's based on your feedback. So, tell us what you think. Have you tried the skills translator? Did you review the resume the system created for you? What else would you like to see?
